Welcome to The Melrose, a brand new boutique condominium with chic interiors and a prime Bushwick address. Made up of a trio of contiguous buildings with imported Greek Aluminco facades and custom woodwork, The Melrose contains 18 stunning homes in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts. Each home is suffused with natural light, blending clean lines and open-concept floorplans with statement finishes that exude luxury and style. Polished concrete floors and pristine white walls are the perfect canvas for any design palette. Additional features include oversized sash windows, immaculate bathrooms with Calacatta marble floors, and elegant kitchens with eat-in peninsulas, polished Caesarstone countertops and backsplashes, a built-in exhaust hood with custom paneling, antique copper faucets from Brienza, and high-end stainless steel appliances from Fisher & Paykel and Bosch. Several units also have private balconies ideal for urban gardening and enjoying morning and evening drinks. Residents of The Melrose enjoy an open rooftop terrace with lovely neighborhood views. The buildings are moments from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops and around the corner from the M/J/Z subway lines.
