Hello and welcome to WhichLaptop, today we’ll be showing you the best laptops for both schoolwork and gaming!

With ever evolving tech – we’re now seeing lighter and more powerful gaming laptops at great cost points. There’s never been a better time to be a PC gamer.

I’ve compiled the 3 best laptops for you to use after hours of research and performance testing, I only recommend products that I believe in!

Up first is my best budget pick – the Dell G5.

Dell has a whole host of laptops, with the G-series quickly becoming popular for their low price and great performance in gaming. This particular model houses an intel 10th Gen intel i5 boostable to 4.5GHZ, a GTX 1650Ti, 8GB of DDR4 RAM and a 256GB SSD.

The keyboard is fully backlit and the screen features an anti-glare finish so you’ll be able to work and play in any lighting conditions!

It weighs 5.1 pounds, a little heavier than some other choices out there, but not too much of a hassle that you can’t carry it to class with you! Overall, a great laptop!

Our next pick is my best midrange option – the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14.

It’s a 3.5-pound notebook packed with an AMD Ryzen 9 3rd GEN CPU (including six-core and eight-core options) an RTX 2060, 16GB RAM and a 1TB SSD.

It feels just a bit heavier than most ultraportables, but it has the power of gaming notebooks that weigh 4.5 pounds or more.

It also comes with a 120Hz screen which makes not just only gaming look great, but pretty much anything else you’re doing on the device.

This is a great mid range option for doing school work in the day, particularly if that work involves any media creation and then some gaming in the evening!

And my final pick and what I’ve hailed as the best high-end option, the Razer Blade 15.

Now Razer creates stunning machines with incredible performance that rival the likes of a Macbook, but geared more towards Windows gamers.

It comes in an incredibly sturdy CNC aluminium case which houses an impressive cooling system to ensure the powerhouse of hardware that’s in it performs to the best it can.
There are various models to choose from which alongside the intel core i7 5Ghz can include an RTX 3060 or 3070 with screen refresh rate upgrades from 144Hz to 165Hz.

It’s worth noting that the cheaper base models have some compromises, with less impressive displays, no card reader, downgraded RGB and a dramatically downsized battery. So it’s up to you to decide which is most important to you!

One thing is for sure, if you’re taking this thing into your classes – you’re certainly going to be the coolest one in there.
