This video provides an in-depth review of the MCHOSE UT98, a 98% mechanical keyboard created in collaboration with the popular YouTube channel, Unbox Therapy. We explore the board’s unique design, which features custom keycaps and fonts inspired by the Unbox Therapy brand, a full-size number pad, and a uniquely placed volume knob. The review covers the complete typing experience, focusing on the exceptionally quiet “Silent Peach V3” switches, gasket-mounted construction, and overall feel. We also dive into its features, including tri-mode connectivity, hot-swappable switches, a massive 10,000 mAh battery, and its web-based customization software. Finally, we analyze its $140 price point to determine if it offers fair value or includes an “influencer tax.”
